Recognized Good Practices: Documented existing good practices in the preparation of academics for effective STEM education.
Derived Recommendations for Improvement: Formulated targeted recommendations to enhance models for STEM teacher training.
Analyzed Recommendations’ Applicability: Conducted a critical examination of the practical applicability of recommendations, considering specific conditions in each partner country.

Work Package 3 “Curriculum and Course Development”
Creation of Mandatory Courses for STEM Curriculum: This objective involves the design and development of mandatory courses within the STEM curriculum. These courses are intended to provide essential knowledge and skills to students specializing in Science Pedagogy. By establishing mandatory courses, the project contributes to the overall goal of enhancing the quality of STEM education. It ensures that students receive a standardized and comprehensive training that aligns with the innovative educational model envisioned by the project.
Designing elective courses for STEM curriculum: The creation of elective courses for STEM curriculum caters to the diverse needs and interests of students pursuing pedagogical specialties. By offering specialized learning paths, this objective enhances the project’s aim of inclusivity and diversity in STEM education.
Formulation of Innovative Methodologies for STEM Curriculum: This objective aims to develop cutting-edge methodologies for enhancing the STEM curriculum tailored for students.
